BellTech Interactive Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 4, 2026 | Last updated: June 29, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile apps and games published by BellTech Interactive, including current titles such as Neon Relay, Storm Watch: Rescue Ops, Neon Drift Overdrive, Toy Box Volume One, and future BellTech Interactive apps and games unless a separate privacy policy is provided for a specific app.

BellTech Interactive apps are generally designed to be played without requiring user account creation. Most BellTech Interactive apps do not include features such as user chat, direct user-to-user communication, public profiles, or content sharing between players. Specific account or login requirements, if any, will be disclosed in the relevant app.

Information We Collect

BellTech Interactive does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, password, contacts, precise location, health information, financial information, or payment information through its apps.

These apps may store gameplay-related information locally on your device, such as user preferences, game settings, scores, progress information, achievements, unlocked content, and other non-sensitive app state data needed for core functionality.

Advertising

BellTech Interactive apps may include advertising powered by Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect, process, or share certain information to provide ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain ad-related services. This may include information such as approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and certain device or account identifiers, depending on the app, platform, SDK version, and configuration.

For child-directed or family-focused apps such as Toy Box Volume One, BellTech Interactive configures ads conservatively. Toy Box Volume One uses a bottom banner ad format only, does not use interstitial ads, rewarded ads, app-open ads, or native ads, and is configured for child/family-safe ad treatment, maximum ad content rating G, and disabled ad personalization where supported. Toy Box Volume One is also configured not to use the Android Advertising ID.

Google AdMob’s data collection and use is governed by Google’s own privacy practices and policies.

You can learn more about how Google uses information from apps and websites that use its services here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Local Device Storage

BellTech Interactive apps may use local device storage to save non-sensitive gameplay and app information, such as settings, preferences, scores, progress, achievements, unlocked content, and related game state data.

You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app's storage through your device settings, by clearing your device's app cache, or by uninstalling the app entirely.

Third-Party Services

BellTech Interactive apps may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, and other functionality. These services may collect or process data according to their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Some BellTech Interactive titles are general-audience games. Other titles, such as Toy Box Volume One, are designed for children and families.

BellTech Interactive does not knowingly collect personal information such as a child’s name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, messages, or payment information through Toy Box Volume One. Toy Box Volume One does not require account creation, login, user chat, public profiles, user-generated content sharing, or in-app purchases.

Toy Box Volume One may use local device storage to save non-sensitive gameplay information, such as settings, progress, preferences, and game state. This information remains on the device and can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

Toy Box Volume One may display child/family-safe advertising through Google AdMob. Ads are configured for child-directed treatment, maximum ad content rating G, disabled personalization where supported, and no Android Advertising ID usage.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a BellTech Interactive app, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

Data Sharing

BellTech Interactive does not sell or rent personal information collected through its apps. BellTech Interactive does not directly collect personal contact information through Toy Box Volume One.

Advertising and analytics-related data may be processed by Google AdMob and related Google services as described in this policy and in accordance with Google’s privacy policies. For child/family-focused apps, BellTech Interactive uses conservative ad settings intended to comply with Google Play Families requirements.

Information may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, BellTech Interactive, or others.

Data Retention

Local gameplay and app data may remain on your device until you clear the app's storage, clear your device's app cache, or uninstall the app.

Data processed by Google AdMob and other third-party services is handled according to their respective policies and retention practices.

User Choices and Controls

You can delete local app data through your device's app settings or by uninstalling BellTech Interactive apps from your device.

Some apps may offer additional in-app privacy or preference settings; please refer to the specific app for more information.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. If material changes are made, the effective date and last updated date above will be revised.
